Парацетамол относится к лекарствам групп анальгетиков, жаропонижающих и обезболивающих, помимо этого он обладает не ярко выраженным противовоспалительным эффектом. Всасывание вещества происходит через кишечник, максимальная концентрация в крови пациента может наблюдаться через 10-50 минут. - повышение температуры тела;
- мышечная и суставная боль которой сопровождаются ОРВИ, грипп и т.д.
- при головных болях в том числе и мигрени;
- невралгии;
- зубной боли;
- а также при болевых симптомах, возникающих у женщин в период месячных.
Применение лекарства распространено достаточно широко во всех странах мира, но перед употреблением обязательно следует ознакомиться с противопоказаниями и правилом потребления, а по необходимости проконсультироваться с доктором.
Противопоказания
Как и большая часть выпускаемых медикаментов, парацетамол также имеет ряд противопоказаний к применению, к которым относятся:
- наличие аллергической реакции к компонентам, входящим в состав;
- при наличии таких заболеваний, как полипозы, синуситы, астма;
- при наличии воспалительных процессов в ЖКТ проявляющихся в виде эрозий, язв и т.д.
- нельзя принимать медикамент после аортокоронарного шунтирования;
- при диагностированной гипогликемии;
- если бывают кровотечения в желудке или кишечнике;
- нельзя принимать парацетамол и лицам с выраженной почечной недостаточностью;
- применение лекарства в таблетках не разрешено детям чей возраст менее шести лет.
Также его рекомендовано с осторожностью принимать лицам у которых имеются такие заболевания, как:
- при алкоголизме, выраженном в хронической форме, а также при имеющихся поражениях почек, вызванных злоупотребление спиртными напитками;
- при наличии хронических болезней сердца, сердечной ишемии;
- если больной страдает заболеваниями сосудов в головном мозге;
- нарушения, проявляющиеся в почечной и печеночной недостаточности;
- в случаях, когда у человека имеются поражения периферических сосудов.
Внимание: лицам страдающим диабетом любого типа не следует принимать лекарство в виде суспензии или сиропа так, как там содержится сахар с осторожностью следует использовать его и лицам пожилого возраста.
Дозировка
Для любых медикаментов злоупотребление не допустимо так, как может привести к серьезным последствиям, поэтому не стоит превышать нормы, указанные в инструкции по применению.
Инструкция по применению содержат в себе такие нормы:
Таблетки:
- для детей, возраст которых от 3 до 6 лет предполагает прием лекарства в размере не более 1 гр. в течении суток;
- до 9 лет прием этого препарата не должен превышать более 1,5 гр. в день;
- до 12 лет суточная доза составляет 2 гр.
- категории лиц от 12 и старше допускается прием до 4 гр.
В форме сиропа лекарство можно давать и детям до года:
- малышам возрастом от 3 од 12 месяцев доза суточного приема может быть от 2,5 до 5 мл;
- деткам от года до пяти лет не стоит давать более 10 мл;
- от 5 до 12 лет не следует давать более чем 20 мл за сутки;
- взрослым, предпочитающим прием парацетамола в сиропе норма составляет до 40 мл.
Ректальный прием вещества, посредством вставления свечей:
- в возрасте от 1 месяца до 3 лет можно использовать свечи до четырех раз в день, но не более 15 мг за один раз;
- от 3 до 6 лет также не рекомендуют использовать вещество более четырех раз за день, но доза приема за сутки может достигать до 2 г.
- до 12 лет суточный прием также составляет 2 гр.
- для лиц старшего возраста прием за сутки не должен превышать 4 г.
Внимание: повторный прием не должен быт менее чем через четыре часа после предыдущего, не следует превышать установленную суточную дозу. При непреходящих более трех дней симптомах рекомендуется обратиться к врачу.
Побочные действия
Парацетамол имеет ряд побочный действий, которые могут появиться при превышении установленных норм. Побочные действия не часто, но встречаются:
- проявление на кожных покровах: наличие аллергической реакции на компоненты (зуд, покраснение, появление высыпаний на коже, вплоть до отека Квинке);
- эсудативная эритема;
- появление головокружения;
- со стороны пищеварительной системы могут наблюдаться: тошнота с возможной рвотой, боли в области живота;
- анемия.
Долгое употребления вещества в увеличенных дозах может нарушить работу почек и печени. При появлении первых признаках передозировки следует промыть желудок и срочно обратиться к врачу, дальнейшее лечение будет зависеть от концентрации парацетамола в крови.
Применение при беременности и кормлении грудью
Женщина, находясь в положении или являясь кормящей мамой так же может подхватить простуду, которая будет сопровождаться неприятными последствиями и состоянием. В такие моменты возникает вопрос возможно ли употребление данного лекарства? не причинит ли это вред ребенку? Итак, принимать или нет:
- врачи доказали, что парацетамол проникает через плаценту, но отрицательного влияния на плод не оказывает;
- при кормлении вещество проникает в молоко, но только часть принятой дозы (0,04-0.23%).
Внимание: в ходе проведенных экспериментов врачами не было выявлено какого-либо тератогенного или мутагенного влияния на ребенка. Тем не менее не стоит принимать парацетамол без консультации с врачом.
Взаимодействие с другими лекарственными средствами
При одновременном приеме с другими лекарствами следует учитывать реакцию, которая возникает при взаимодействии:
- применение с урикозурическими средствами понижается эффективность действия данных веществ;
- употребление активированного угла совместно с парацетамолом понижает его усваиваемость;
- совместное употребление с диазипамом значительно понижает выделение этого препарата;
- при употреблении совместно с пероральными контрацептивами парацетамол выводится быстрее;
- всасывание парацетамола производится медленнее при совместном употреблении с антихолинергическими средствами;
- часто встречающимся сочетанием можно назвать кофеин и парацетамол, такой набор действует, как жаропонижающее средство за счет парацетамола, кофеин увеличивает концентрацию в клетках мозга усиливая действие. Температура снижается быстрее, а кофеин дает организму дополнительную энергию. Данное сочетание используется при головных болях, вызванных снижением давления выступает как сосудорасширяющим и обезболивающим средством. Панадол экстра, аналог выпускаемый в таблетках, сочетает в себе оба лекарства;
- комплексное принятие но-шпы и парацетамола прекрасно понижает температуру и снимают головные боли. Но-шпа применяется в качестве вещества снимающего спазм в сосудах;
- сочетание аспирина и парацетамола будет немного не уместно так, как лекарства имеют идентичное действие. Но из этих двух медикаментов следует остановиться на парацетамоле он является менее опасным в отличии от аспирина. Прием их лучше осуществлять путем чередования если в этом есть необходимость, совместное употребление даст сильную нагрузку на печень и почки;
- для лиц с у которых имеются склонности к аллергии стоит принимать супрастин и парацетамол. Супрастин рекомендуется также принимать в случаях, когда лечение происходит не одним медикаментом, чтобы избежать появления аллергической реакции.
Внимание: также были замечены случаи, когда применение изониазидов усиливали токсичность парацетамола и серьезные токсичные поражения печени.

В каждой стране в продаже имеется препарат, в составе которого парацетамол, аналоги правда имеют различные названия, такие, как:
- Перфалган дорогой аналог, стоимость препарата достигает 1200 руб.
- Эффералган цена достигает 170 руб. в зависимости от формы выпуска;
- Панадол таблетки и сироп достигает 100 руб., данный аналог широко применяется в связи с доступностью в цене и наличию в аптеках;
- Солпадеин стоимость достигает 150 руб. и т.д.
Во многих странах разработаны препараты в составе которых содержится парацетамол, в России они почти все есть и импортные аналоги не требуют рецепта на приобретение, то есть находятся в свободной программе.
