- для детей прием назначают в соответствии с весом, но в среднем для малышей от 3 до 12 месяцев до 120 мг в течение суток, от года до 5, не больше 250 мг, с 6 до 12 лекарство не должно превышать 500 мг за сутки.
Внимание: надо помнить, что расчет будет зависеть индивидуально от каждого человека, в зависимости от веса человека, как правило, подразумевается принятие не больше 10 мг на 1 кг веса.
Передозировка препаратом
Передозировка может наступить в случаях, когда граждане злоупотребляют приемом лекарства. Итак, основные причины:
- употребление нескольких лекарств в состав которых входит один и тот же компонент, так, например, можно принять два лекарства одно от жара, а другое для снятия головной боли в составе которых будет парацетамол;
- при одновременном употреблении веществ, усиливающих токсичное воздействие средства на организм, таким образом у человека могут появиться признаки переизбытка средства;
- если употреблять парацетамол с алкоголем, то можно получить токсическое поражение печени даже при малом принятии лекарственного препарата.
Если принять много таблеток, могут появиться такие признаки:
- желание спать;
- появление головокружения;
- общая слабость;
- быстрая утомляемость;
- тошноты сопровождающейся рвотой;
- кожные покровы отравившегося становятся бледными.
Препарат выпускается с содержанием 02,035,05 мг активного вещества, содержащегося в одной таблетке. Таким образом употребление от 10 таблеток парацетамола даже если в нем всего 0,2мг вещества приведет к переизбытку. Перед употреблением следует внимательно прочесть инструкцию по применению.
Смертельная доза
Врачи доказали, что смертельной дозой станет употребление его в количестве двух упаковок по пять грамм каждая, в большинстве случаев приобретается пачка по 10 таблеток, таким образом получается, что при употреблении 20 таблеток человек скончается.
В связи с этим не нужно употреблять лекарство, не имея на то действительных причин.
Первая помощь при передозировке
В случае появления признаков переизбытка выпившему, рекомендовано:
- употребить до 1,5 литров воды за один прем или принять слабый раствор марганцовки и вызвать рвоту это необходимо для того чтобы промыть желудок;
- также следует принять энтересгель или иной препарат из категории энтреросорбентов, в этом случае будет хоть какая-то надежда избежать серьезных последствий.
Внимание: после чего обязательно обратиться к врачу, сдать все анализы, чтобы убедиться, что работа печени не нарушена.
Антидот при отравлении
В качестве антидота при передозировке данным средством, может выступать всем известный препарат от кашля АСС. Врачи рекомендуют принять его в течение семи часов после отравления, из расчета 300 мг в сутки.
Последствия передозировки
Результатом превышения допустимой дозы, может стать:
- печеночная или почечная недостаточность в острой форме;
- панкреатит в острой форме;
- миокардит;
- токсический отек легки и кома.
Самым страшным последствием является летальный исход.
Принимать столь знаменитый препарат следует с осторожностью чтобы не допустить переизбытка вещества в организме. Также препарат противопоказан домашним животным собакам и кошкам.
