Свойства
Парацетамол является ненаркотическим анальгетиком. Его механизм действия обусловлен торможением синтеза простагландинов и уменьшением их влияния на центр терморегуляции. Одна таблетка обладает жаропонижающим и болеутоляющим действием, также она оказывает противовоспалительный эффект.
Внимание! Препарат начинает действовать спустя полчаса после применения. Он избавляет от боли и жара на 12 часов.
Показания к применению
Парацетамол можно употреблять при:
- болевых ощущениях после стоматологических процедур;
- мигрени;
- ожогах;
- суставных или мышечных болях;
- головной боли;
- лихорадочном состоянии во время вирусных, бактериальных или инфекционных заболеваниях.

Противопоказания
Парацетамол нельзя использовать в следующих случаях:
- период беременности или грудного вскармливания;

Способ применения и дозировка
Таблетки МС применяются внутрь. Дозирование средства имеет некоторые ограничения. Для взрослых — по 200 или 500 мг не более 4 раз в сутки. Максимальное количество разовой дозы не должно превышать 1000 мг, а суточная – 4000 мг. Дозировка для детей рассчитывается исходя из их веса. На 1 кг приходятся 10-15 мг 4 раза в день с промежутком в 6 часов. Максимальная суточная норма для детей в возрасте до:
- 6 лет (вес до 20 кг) – 1000 мг;
- 9 лет (вес до 30 кг) – 1500 мг;
- До 12 лет (вес не более 40 кг) – 2000 мг.
Важно! Если возникает необходимость в увеличении суточной дозы или продления курса лечения, нужно сразу же обратиться за консультацией к врачу. В противном случае средство МС может только усугубить состояние.
Если во время приема препарата у пациента наблюдается снижение аппетита, дозировку необходимо уменьшить. Это позволит избежать раздражения слизистой оболочки органов пищеварительного тракта.
Побочные действия
Любой лекарственный имеет пагубные последствия. После применения МС возможно:
- развитие аллергической реакции, выражающейся в появлении крапивницы, кожной сыпи или ангионевротического отека;
- понижение артериального давления, васкулит, диспноэ, гипогликемия;
- возникновение тошноты или боли в эпигастрии;
- токсическое поражение печени (при длительном использовании высоких доз МС);
- появление апластической или гемолитической анемии, агранулоцитоза, тромбоцитопении, метгемоглобинемии или панцитопении;
- возникновение нефротоксического действия, проявляющееся в виде почечных коликов, интерстициального нефрита, папиллярного некроза или асептической пиурии.
Передозировка
Нередко пациенты неправильно рассчитывают максимальное количество разовой или суточной дозировки, в результате чего в первые дни появляются следующие симптомы:
- тошнота;
- боли в желудке;
- рвота.
Через несколько дней нередко возникают признаки поражения печени в виде печеночной недостаточности, коматозного состояния или энцефалопатии. Чтобы не усугубить положение, необходимо при первых же симптомах сделать промывание желудка, выпить активированный уголь, после чего незамедлительно обратиться за медицинской помощью. Если состояние не позволяет посетить клинику, нужно позвонить в скорую помощь.
Важно! При приеме МС возможен летальный исход, если его дозировка составила 40 таблеток в сутки. При целесообразном соблюдении инструкции по применению негативных последствий можно избежать.
Применение при беременности и лактации
Препарат МС не рекомендуется использовать данной категории лиц, однако, нередко возникает необходимость в обезболивающем или снижении температуры. Специалисты утверждают, что только в таких ситуациях можно воспользоваться аптечным средством. Врачи рекомендуют применять МС только в минимальной дозировке. Для начала употребляют 100 мг лекарства. Если спустя полчаса не улучшилось состояние, увеличивать дозу нельзя. В таком случае лучше сразу же обратиться к врачу.
С какого возраста можно пользоваться
Врачи рекомендуют применять препарат с 5 лет в небольших дозах. В этом возрасте ребенок способен проглотить лекарство, и оно не застрянет в горле. Многие родители начинают давать детям парацетамол с 6-7 лет. Согласно инструкции МС можно применять с 2 лет.

- урикозурические препараты снижают собственное терапевтическое действие;
- циметидин снижает эффективность парацетамола.
Важно! Каждый пациент должен осведомить своего лечащего врача, если принимает параллельно другие препараты. При самостоятельном лечении также необходимо проконсультироваться со специалистом.
Отличия парацетамола от парацетамола МС
Отличие данных лекарственных средств заключается только в дозировке активного вещества и производителе. Например, МС производится в российской фармацевтической компании Медисорб. Оба препарата являются идентичными аналогами друг друга, так как в их состав входит одно и то же основное вещество – парацетамол. Дозировка:
- обычный парацетамол (paracetamol) – 200, 373, 500, 750, 1000 мг;
- МС – 200 мг и 500 мг.

К самым популярным аналогам можно отнести:
- Ацетилсалициловую кислоту (Аспирин). Аптечное средство оказывает жаропонижающий, противовоспалительный и обезболивающий эффект. В настоящий момент специалисты рекомендуют использовать препарат в ограниченном количестве. Он эффективен при лихорадке, болевых симптомах и воспалительных заболеваниях.

- Рапидол. Эффективен при головной и зубной боли, оказывает анальгетическое, противовоспалительное и жаропонижающее действие. Также используется при болевых ощущениях в послеродовой или послеоперационный период.

Сроки и условия хранения
